''Gîtes de France'' is a national not-for-profit organisation responsible for promoting rural tourism development in France. It has developed a rigourous quality charter that classifies lodgings from one to four "épis" according to precise standards for comfort, upkeep, amenities and aesthetic appeal. Both of the Basses Combe's holiday rental homes have received the coveted "3 épis" for their comfort, quality and charm.

The Basses Combes have also received the "Panda Label" from the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). This label is given to lodgings situatedin exceptional natural surroundings within one of France's Regional Nature Parks.

As part of their agreement with WWF-France and the Lubéron Regional Nature Park, Thérèse et Daniel LE CORNEC have pledged to preserve the ecosystems that surround their property and to make available to their guests extensive documentation relative to the local environment (covering regional geology, wildlife, flora, etc...).
